Refund Policy - The Basics
At 9-Juan-Juan Tree Specialists, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our services involve labor, equipment, and on-site work, all sales are considered final once the service has been completed.
Refunds may only be issued in situations where the service was not performed as described or agreed upon. Any concerns must be reported within 24–48 hours of service completion so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling and equipment preparation begin.

Service Completion: Refunds are not available for completed work unless proven unsatisfactory or incomplete.

Cancellations: Jobs canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

Weather Delays: If bad weather prevents work from being safely completed, the service will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
